This fast food style fried chicken to help the customer make a dish closer to KFC/ McD. It follows a simple 5-step process which we call Marinate, dry-wet-dry, & fry. The kit has 3 components so that we can give the exact restaurant experience, which people have't been able to have at home with any market or home made masala. Typically this dish requires many, non-standard/ fancy ingredients which is difficult to find. The customer can use this kit to make fried chicken or even popcorn, with the perfect crinkle-crispy coating, a balance of spices without adding any extra masalas, ginger-garlic paste, flour or salt. The sprinkler is added at the end for that elevated/ addictive spicy-tangy-sweet taste.
What you still add or cook: You choose the protein - Marinate, dry-wet-dry coating & fry, finally add the seasoning.
