Method

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the batter. Whisk into a thick but smooth batter.

In a non-stick pan, pour olive oil and add the batter. Spread it evenly, cover and cook on a low flame for 3 minutes. Once cooked and golden brown, flip the pizza.

Add the tomato sauce and spread it into an even layer, add the toppings of your choice and add cheese. Cover and cook on a simmer for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
