How long can we prep ahead of time? After prepped can we leave on kitchen counter or should it be refrigerated? if I prep in morning can I make it for dinner and it still is good?

I tried parotta recipe from the masterclass video, easy parotta recipe from knead to know sanjana and parotta video of aathi bro.. it was mixed version with all the tips. awesome it was.... nd also tried chicken sapna from cookd... vera level...unable to upload photos from some reasons...
