    Add water to a pan, add the soya chaap sticks to it and let it boil for 5-7 minutes on high flame.

    Once out of the water, pat dry with a paper towel and remove the ice cream sticks from each stick. Cut it into diagonal shapes. Place the cut pieces on a plate.

    In a kadhai/wok, heat oil over medium flame. Fry the soya chaap until it turns crispy and golden brown. Remove and place it on a tissue-lined plate.

    In the same kadai, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, and spring onions. Sauté over a high flame for a minute. Add in the ​​green capsicum, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Sauté well.

    Add in the Cornflour slurry, and let the sauce thicken. Continue to toss and cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium to high flame. Make sure to keep mixing it so it doesn’t burn.
