Cookd masalas for eggs
Method
Finely chop the onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder until frothy.
Heat a tawa on medium flame. Spread a little butter on it and toast 2 bread slices for 1 minute on each side until light golden. Take them out.
Add 1 tsp mustard oil to the tawa and pour in a quarter of the egg mixture. Spread it to the size of the 2 slices. When the bottom starts to set, in about 30 seconds, press the 2 toasted slices on top. Fold the edges of the egg over the bread.
Cook for 1 minute, flip with a wide spatula and cook the other side for 1 minute until the egg is fully cooked. Make the rest the same way.
Sprinkle black salt on top and serve hot with tomato sauce.
