    Peel and cut the raw mango.

    Heat coconut oil in a pot and add fenugreek seeds. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent, around 3 mins.

    Add tomato and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute for a minute and then add water. Bring it to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 mins. Add the raw mango pieces and coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to come to a boil.

    Then add the fish pieces, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut oil and curry leaves, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with rice, appam or parotta.
