    Add water to the kettle and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the chicken breast to the kettle and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the kettle and discard the water. Shred the chicken into bite sized pieces.

    To the kettle, add oil, onion and garlic. Turn it on and shake to prevent burning, add a little water if needed. Once the onions are soft, add the chicken, followed by salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and turmeric powder. Mix or shake well and turn the kettle on. Add the eggs and mix to combine.
