In a pressure cooker, add the red meat, water, salt, turmeric powder and let is cook on a high flame for 2 whistles and on a low flame for 5 whistles

Heat a pan, dry roast the spices required for the chukka masala till it is aromatic and blend it to a fine paste

Heat a pan, add oil, cumin, and curry leaves and let it crackle. Add the onions and cook it till it turns translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute.

Add the dry powders and cook it for a minute on a medium flame till its raw flavor is gone.

Add the red meat and a little bit of the water used to cook the red meat. Mix it well till it is coated evenly with the masala.

Add the chukka masala and mix it with the red meat till the mixture turns dry and aromatic. Garnish it with coriander leaves, Serve it hot.
