    Add all the spices required for the masala and dry roast it till it is aromatic. Transfer it to a blender and blend it to a fine powder

    Heat a kadai, and add oil. Add the curry leaves and green chilli and let it crackle. Add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add the masala powders and saute for a minute. Add the tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft and mushy

    Add the spinach and mutton and mix till they combine evenly. Add the ground masala powder and mix well. Cook the spinach and mutton in the water it lets out. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
