    Add all the ingredients required for the chicken marinade and mix well to combine. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.

    Blend all the ingredients required for the green chilli paste. It should be a smooth paste.

    To a pan/pot, add oil, followed by the curry leaves, cumin seeds and garlic. Saute until the garlic starts to turn lightly golden brown, around 2 minutes.
