    Soak the leftover biryani in enough water to cover. Let it soak for 30 minutes.

    Add salt and turmeric powder to your prawns and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

    To a pan, add oil. Once hot, add the onion and saute them until golden brown, around 7-8 minutes on a medium heat. Then add the green chilli and saute for an additional 1 minute. Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside to cool.

    Drain all the water from the biryani rice and add the biryani rice to the same pan with a little bit of oil. Cook the biryani on a medium heat for around 6-7 minutes, until the rice starts to soften and slightly mash. Transfer the biryani to a blender and pulse it until slightly chunky.

    Add the mixture to a bowl Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves, rava,rice flour and the cooked onion mixture to the rice. Mix well to combine before adding 4 tbsp of water.

    Once the dough has been made, take a small portion of dough and shape it into a vada. Place 2 prawn pieces on the vada.

    Deep fry the vada until deeply golden brown, around 4 minutes.
