Boil the chicken with salt and turmeric powder. Cool it down and shred the chicken.

Make a batter with maida, salt, sugar, eggs and water. Whisk it thoroughly and keep it aside

In a pan add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute it nicely. Saute it until it’s done and chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Add the masalas and roast it well. Add the shredded chicken with tomato ketchup and mix it nicely.

Make an egg mix with salt, pepper powder and some milk. Heat up a non-stick pan and make dosa with the batter. Make sure the pan is not too hot so that the batter doesn’t stick to the pan.

In a pot, brush it with ghee/oil Dip the dosa in egg mix, place one dosa on the bottom of the pan and keep the filling on top. Dip another one again and place another dosa and do this until you get at least 6,7 layers. Pour the egg mix into the side at the end so that it binds together. Close the pot with a lid and keep the pot on another pan and heat it up for 15 minutes.

This turned out so good! I replaced the chicken with shredded paneer and used millet flour instead of maida. The taste was absolutely delicious, and my family loved it!
