Cookd masalas for chicken
Method
In a bowl mix together the Atta, Maida, Ajwain, Salt and Oil. Add the water and form a dough and let it sit for 30-40 minutes.
Add tomatoes, spices (turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander, amchur, salt)
Add the minced chicken. Cook for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender. Turn off the heat, and let it cool completely. Roll out the dough into 3-inch circles.
Place a portion of chicken keema filling in the centre seal, and roll into a paratha.
Cook the paratha on a skillet with a little oil or ghee. Flip a few times to ensure even cooking until both sides are browned and crisp. Serve hot. Enjoy your Chicken Keema Paratha.
