    Mix all the ingredients required for the sauce together in a bowl

    Marinate the mutton with all the ingredients required. Let it marinate for 30 minutes

    Preheat a pan on medium flame. Add the oil in and place the mutton strips in the pan individually. After 2 minutes or one side has turned deeply golden brown or crisp, flip the mutton and repeat on the other side. Once both sides are crispy, remove from the pan.

    In the same pan, add a little more oil and cook the onions. Ensure to scrape off the golden bits from the bottom of the pan. Once the onions have soften and turned lightly brown, add in the garlic and cook for another 1 minute or until aromatic. Add in the sauce along with the mutton and allow the sauce to cook until the raw flavour disappears, or about 8 minutes. Add water as needed. Add in the cooked noodles and toss to coat with the sauce. Garnish with chopped coriander.

    that lamb looks undercooked..may be medium rare kinda.. we, Indians prefer fully cooked meat . pls make a video with fully cooked lamb pieces..
