Method

    Wash the rice 5-6 times or until the water runs clean.

    Pour a lot of water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on a medium-high flame or until the rice is cooked through and soft. Drain the rice, cover and set aside.

    Add the low-fat paneer to a mixer jar, blend it into a super fine paste, and set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd, paneer paste, rice, and skimmed milk and mix thoroughly.

    In a tadka pan, prepare the tempering by adding all the ingredients and add it to the curd rice. Finish it with salt and coriander leaves and let it chill for 30-40 minutes. You loosen it by adding a little more skimmed milk later.
