    Combine the whole wheat flour, salt, carrot puree and make a soft dough. Finish by rubbing ghee onto the dough.

    Combine hung curd, garlic, salt, pepper and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well.

    Take water in two separate bowls. Add equal quantities of lemon juice, salt, sugar and water in two bowls. Add the finely chopped juliennes of beetroot and cucumber in separate bowls.

    In a bowl, combine chicken kheema,ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add the kheema mixture. Saute till the kheema is cooked. Top it off with chopped coriander leaves.

    Make small sized chapatis using the dough.

    Take a spoonful of hung curd and apply it on the chapati. Put kheema filling and pickled veggies. Roll it and wrap it using wrapping paper. Plate it and serve.
