Method

    Clean and peel off the tapioca and put it inside a water bowl before using.

    Make a salt mixture with 2 tsp of salt and 150 ml of water.

    Slice the tapioca using a mandolin slicer

    Heat up the oil for deep frying. Quickly add into the oil. Let it fry and when it’s half fried, you can sprinkle salt water on top. You can take out the chips, when the oil settles. Sprinkle some red chilli powder on top when it’s hot.
