    Peel and grate the boiled potatoes using the small grater.

    Using an Idiyappam maker/murukku maker, fill the dough with the small hole attachment.

    Heat oil in a kadai. Press the bhujia into hot oil. Fry until it turns golden brown, turning halfway through. Remove from the oil.

    Once it has cooled down, crush the aloo bhujia.
