    In a bowl, add warm milk. Add the yeast and Sugar and set it aside for 10 minutes until foamy.

    In a separate bowl add the maida and salt. Add the milk mixture and slowly knead a soft dough. Rest this dough for 1 hour.

    For the stuffing in a bowl, mash the potatoes. Now mix together the potatoes, coriander, green chili, and all the masalas and mix well.

    Roll a small portion of dough into a thick 4-inch circle. Place the aloo stuffing inside and then add the grated mozzarella on top of the potato stuffing and cover the stuffing by sealing the circumference of the dough. Flatten and roll using a rolling pin. Cook the paratha in a Tawa, sprinkle some red chili powder and kasoori methi. Add ghee on both sides till golden brown for 5 minutes on medium flame.
