    Wash the chicken with some salt, turmeric powder, and water

    Heat a pan, add gingelly oil, thinly sliced onion and saute for a minute.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell leaves.

    Add the washed chicken and saute for a minute.

    Add Kashmiri Chilli powder, Salt and continue to cook for 2 mins

    Add ½ Cup of water and continue to cook for 5 mins or until most of the water evaporates.

    Switch off the flame, add the lemon juice, roughly chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Serve this hot as an appetizer.
