In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, cinnamon and saute it. Now add onion, tomato and saute for 5 minutes.

Now add the spice powders, salt and cook for a few minutes.

Now add the mutton brain with some water. Cover and cook on medium low heat for 15 minutes. Add the grated coconut and pepper, saute for a minute and serve it hot!
