Add all the ingredients for the mint chutney (except mayonnaise) into the jar and grind into a smooth paste.

Add mayonnaise and mix briefly just to combine.

In a bowl, mix together mustard oil and red chilli powder. Add all the other ingredients and mix.

Heat oil in a pan, and add the marinated paneer. Stir occasionally and cook for 5 minutes or until the excess moisture has thickened.

Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Add the mayonnaise and ketchup, and mix. The filling is ready.

Spread butter on two slices of bread. Apply the mint mayonnaise to it.

Place a cheese slice followed by the filling, then tomato slices and finally another cheese slice.
