    Mix the ingredients under batter to form a batter, coat the cubed paneer in the batter and deep fry. Set this aside.

    In a pan add oil, garlic, ginger and saute for 30 seconds.

    Add spring onion whites, cubed onion and capsicum, green chilli and saute for 1 minute.

    Add Soy Sauce, Red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli powder, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder and salt. And add Spring Onion (greens)

    Mix cornflour and water to prepare the thickening agent. Add the thickening agent to the sauce mixture and prepare the sauce to the desired thickness
