About this pack
All-in-1 Chennai Muslim Wedding-style biryani kit with Basmati rice, Wedding biryani masala paste and spl. Wedding seasoning oil included. It can be prepared in 3-4 simple steps at home, in a pressure cooker. This is the default biryani in Muslim wedding and the flavour is enjoyed best when made in bulk with mutton. This is the tastiest, most error-proof but also easiest way to make biryani at home. The flavour is balanced and the customer only had to add meat extra. The dominant flavours are of whole spices, red chilli, ginger-garlic & fresh mint-coriander. The seasoning is natural spice extract of whole spices in sunflower oil, this means the customer will never bite a whole spice while eating the biryani.
What you still add or cook: You choose the protein, buy it, soak the rice, saute, & pressure cook the biryani. Break the dum & add seasoning oil.
