    Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.

    To a pressure cooker add the biryani paste and mutton curry cut and mix for a few seconds.

    Add 1 Cup of water, mix it and let the water start to heat up. Close the cooker and pressure cook the mutton on a medium flame for 7-9 whistles. Turn off the flame and let the steam reduce gradually.

    Open the cooker and check if the mutton is cooked. If it isn't, close the cooker and cook it for 2 more whistles if necessary and let the steam reduce gradually. Open the cooker, and ½ Cup (125ml) of water. Add the soaked and strained rice, give it a gentle mix

    Cover the cooker and pressure cook it for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Turn off the flame after 2 whistles and let the steam reduce gradually for about 10 minutes. Open the cooker, add the seasoning oil, fluff the rice and serve it hot with raita.
