Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes
Heat a pot, add the Cookd wedding bhai biryani paste and saute for a few seconds. Add the mutton and cook for 2 mins. Add 2 cups (500 ml) water and bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer on a medium flame for 45-60 mins (until the meat is cooked and tender).
Open and boil until the gravy becomes thick and back to the paste consistency, about 5-10 mins. Add 1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) water and bring it to a boil.
Add the soaked and strained rice. Mix gently and boil until the rice and water are level, about 5 mins. Cover and place the pot on a hot tawa.
Keep it on a dum for 15 mins on a low flame. Switch off the flame and allow it to rest for 10-15 mins. Open the pot, add the seasoning oil and break the dum/ fluff the rice. Serve hot with raita.
