About this pack
All-in-1 Ambur-style biryani kit with jeeraga samba rice, ambur biryani masala paste and spl. ambur seasoning oil included. It can be prepared in 3-4 simple steps at home, in a pressure cooker. This is the tastiest, most error-proof but also easiest way to make biryani at home. The flavour is balanced and the customer only had to add meat extra. The primary flavours are from red chilli, tomato & ginger-garlic. The seasoning is natural spice extract of whole spices in sunflower oil, this means the customer will never bite a whole spice while eating the biryani.
What you still add or cook: You choose the protein, buy it, soak the rice, saute, & pressure cook the biryani. Break the dum & add seasoning oil.
