    Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes

    Heat a pressure cooker, add the Cookd Ambur biryani paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add the mutton kheema and mix to combine. Add 1½ Cups of water. Mix it and let the water start to boil. Close the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 5 whistles on a medium heat.

    Once the pressure has naturally released, open the cooker and bring the mixture back to a boil. Add the soaked rice and mix to combine. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    Let the pressure naturally release before opening the cooker. Once the biryani has rested, open the cooker, add the seasoning oil and fluff the rice. Serve it hot with raita.
