    Pressure cook the mutton for 7 whistles with 2 Cups of water, 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of turmeric powder.

    Add ghee and oil to a kadhai and add the sliced onions. Brown them.

    Add the powdered spices and salt and cook on a low flame for 3 mins. Add water and cook until dry again.
