    Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes

    To a pressure cooker, add the Cookd ambur biryani paste and the vegetables and saute for a minute. Add water, let it heat up.

    Pressure cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Turn off the flame after 2 whistles. Let the steam reduce gradually for about 10 minutes. Open the cooker, add the seasoning oil, fluff up the rice and serve it hot with raita.
