Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes

In a mixing bowl add the fish and 2 tablespoons of biryani paste and ¼ tsp of salt. Let the fish marinate for 20 minutes

Pan fry on a high flame for 2 minutes and set aside.

In a pot add the remaining cookd biryani paste and add the soaked rice seeraga samba and saute for 2 minutes on a high flame, pour water and bring it to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer, once the water and rice are level, add the fried fish to the pot and cook cover for 15 minutes. Pour the cookd Seasoning oil and fluff up the biryani and serve hot.
