Cookd masalas for paneer
Method
wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes. In a pressure cooker, add the cookd ambur biryani paste and saute for 1 minute, or until aromatic. Add the water to the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add in your soaked and drained rice, and stir once before putting the lid on. Allow the it to cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Turn off the flame and let the steam reduce gradually for 10 minutes.
Open the cooker, add the seasoning oil and fluff the rice. To make the Paneer 65, combine the powder with 50g of water to make a paste. Add the paneer to this paste and coat thoroughly. Deep fry the Paneer in hot oil for 2 minutes or until crispy. Serve the Paneer 65 with the biryani.
