    Wash and soak the Seeraga samba rice for 20 minutes.

    In a pressure cooker add the Cookd Ambur Biryani Paste Saute for 30 seconds and add water and mix.

    Add the soaked rice. Pressure cook on a moderate flame for 2 whistles. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Add the seasoning oil and fluff up the biryani.

    In a pan pour oil and add onions and curry leaves. Saute on a moderate flame until the onion turns translucent (around 2 minutes). Add the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes on a high flame.
