Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.

To a deep pan, add the Cookd ambur biryani paste and the vegetables and saute for 4 minutes Add water, and let it heat up, cover and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add the soaked and strained rice. Once the water reaches a boil, reduce the flame to simmer, cover and cook for 12 minutes.
