Cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on a high flame and for 12 minutes (8-10 whistles) on a medium flame. Let the pressure release gradually.

    Open the cooker, check if the meat is cooked. Add the soaked and strained rice Cover the cooker and pressure cook it for 2 whistles on a medium flame

    Turn off the flame after 2 whistles and let the steam reduce gradually for about 10 minutes. Open the cooker, add the seasoning oil, fluff up the rice and serve it hot
