Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes

In a pressure cooker, add the Cookd Ambur Biryani Paste and the washed country chicken pieces. Mix it for a few 2 minutes Add water , mix till they combine. Cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on a high flame and for 12 minutes (8-10 whistles) on a medium flame. Let the pressure release gradually.

Turn off the flame after 2 whistles and let the steam reduce gradually for about 10 minutes. Open the cooker, add the seasoning oil, fluff up the rice and serve it hot
