    For the marination, combine the oil with the chilli powder and then all the other spice powders. Mix well. Add in all the other ingredients and mix again. Add in the paneer cubes and mix to coat.

    For the mint chutney, grind all the ingredients together.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Add the marinated paneer. Cook for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Add in the lemon juice and tomato ketchup. Mix and take off the flame.

    Mix the onion and capsicum together with a pinch of salt.

    To assemble, use roti/parotta. Place 2 slices of cheese and spread 1 tablespoon of the chutney. Place some of the mixtures in the center along with the vegetables. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.

    Heat oil in a pan. Heat the rolls, turning frequently until it is slightly crispy on all sides.
