    Marinate the prawns in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Let it marinate for 30 minutes

    Heat the coconut oil on a medium heat. Once hot, add in the curry leaves, urad dal and mustard seeds. Once they splatter, and the urad dal turns golden, add the garlic, ginger, dry red chilli. Once aromatic, add in your prawns and cook for 2 minutes or when the prawns turn opaque .
