    Sieve the maida, cocoa powder and baking soda together. Add the powdered sugar and salt.

    Make a hole in the center and add oil, vinegar, vanilla essence, and warm water. Mix until there are no lumps. Pour the cake mixture into a well greased pressure cake mould.

    Add salt to the cooker and add a base to keep the cake mould. Don’t add the whistle to the pressure, so that the steam can escape from the pressure cooker. Place the pressure cooker on low heat for 45 minutes.

    For the frosting, add the chocolate and cream to a bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water and mix it until it melts. Take off the heat and allow it to refrigerate for 1 hour or until it thickens. Apply it over the cake. Additionally, you can also decorate it with strawberries or chocolate decorations.
