Cookd masalas for chicken boneless cubes
Method
Add the hot and spicy marinade to the chicken. Mix well till the meat is coated evenly with the marinade.
Prepare a batter using 5 tbsp of the 3 in 1 breading and 150ml of water.
Coat it evenly with the breading first. Dip it in the batter and coat it through out. Coat it with the breading again and dust it in a downward motion to form the crust.
Deep fry it in medium hot oil at first for 2 minutes and then on a high flame for another 3-4 minutes till golden brown. Sprinkle the seasoning in the fried chicken and toss it well. Serve it hot with a dip of your choice on the side.
