Grind 2 tomatoes in a mixer grinder to make tomato puree.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Then add the cumin seeds, once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onions and saute for 3 mins or until it turns golden brown.

Add green chilli and add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes turn mushy.

Add tomato puree and cook for 2 mins.

Add the powdered spices - red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder.

Reduce the flame to medium and break the eggs one by one to the pan.
