    Heat water in a pan, add a little salt to it and let it boil.

    Add the shredded spinach to it, blanch it for a few seconds, strain it immediately.

    Heat up another pan, add butter/oil and saute chopped garlic in it till it turns to a light brown color.

    Finally add cream, salt, and pepper. Mix it well and set it aside.

    To poach the eggs, Heat water in a saucepan, add salt and 2 tsp vinegar, and let the water come to a rolling boil. Reduce the flame at this point.

    Using a spoon or a whisk create a swirl in the water by stirring it well

    Break an egg into a bowl and drop it right in the middle of the swirl and let the swirl slow down

    Let the egg cook for 4 minutes on a medium to low flame

    Use a perforated spoon to take out the egg and place it on a plate. Repeat the same process for the remaining eggs.

    Toast the bread/ bun to a golden brown color on both sides and place it on a plate

    Finally, gently place the poached eggs on top of the creamed spinach
