Cookd masalas for eggs
Method
Remove the crust from the bread, soak in water for 15 mins, squeeze out the water and mash the bread.
Soak the saffron strands in ¼ Cup of hot milk and keep aside.
Blanch almonds in hot water for 5 mins, remove the skin, and grind into a paste.
Beat the eggs in a bowl
Blend the bread, egg, almond paste, saffron milk in a mixer grinder to a smooth consistency.
Heat a pan, add ghee and add raisins. Once they puff up, add the blended egg mixture and stir. As soon as the halwa reached boiling point, reduce heat, add sugar and continue to stir for 15 mins so that the halwa does not stick to the sides of the vessel. Serve hot.
