    In a mixing bowl, break in 3 eggs, add salt and black pepper and whisk thoroughly. In a non-stick pan, pour 1 tsp oil and pour in the eggs. Cook it on a medium flame until cooked through and tender. Make sure you don’t over cook the eggs. When the omelette is warm, roll and cut the eggs into thin noodle-like strips and set aside.

    For the stir fry, pour oil and add the chicken strips, cook on a high flame for 30 seconds, tossing continuously. Add in all the cut veggies and saute on a high flame for 20 seconds.

    Make a well in the middle and add the ginger garlic paste and all the sauces. Give it a good mix and add in the omelette strips. Toss on a high flame for 10 seconds and serve hot.
