    Make a batter out of the maida, cornflour, salt, pepper and water.

    Coat the paneer cubes and deep-fry on medium-high heat until crispy and golden brown.

    Grind the cashews into cashew powder using a mixer grinder.

    Heat a pan, add oil and butter. Add garlic and slit green chilli. Saute for a minute.

    Add the milk, salt and sugar. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.

    Add the cashew powder and let the sauce thicken.

    Add the deep-fried paneer pieces to the sauce. Stir fry until the sauce coats the paneer pieces.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot as an appetizer.
