    In a bowl add besan, corn flour, turmeric, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, kasundi paste, ginger garlic paste & mustard oil. Mix well and add water to make a smooth paste. Coat the fish with the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Heat up oil over medium heat. In a pan, heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds. Once spluttering add onions and saute until translucent Add green chilli and tomatoes. Saute until the tomatoes are soft, add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears. Add the kasundi paste and saute until the raw smell disappears.

    Add water , and add the turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the masalas are cooked and the raw smell disappears. Once hot, add the marinated fish and fry on both sides until golden brown.

    Add your cooked fish into this gravy and let it reach a boil. Remove off heat, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with white rice and enjoy.
