Add the water to the kettle and bring it to a boil.

Add the maggi noodles along with the tastemaker masala, chilli flakes and oregano. Shake the kettle to mix well. Once the noodles have cooked, turn the kettle off and let the mixture cool for 2 minutes.

Crack in an egg and immediately shake the kettle vigorously. The mixture should greatly thicken and lighten in colour. Add a cheese slice and close the lid of the kettle. Let the cheese melt for 2 minutes and then mix with a fork.
