    Blanch the spinach for 30 seconds in hot water. To a blender add the blanched spinach, coriander leaves, ginger and green chillies. Blend it into a fine paste and keep it aside.

    In a hot pan, add oil and ghee and saute cumin, onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the dry spices mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the tomato pure and cook for 3 minutes. Add the spinach paste and cream and mix it well. Add the paneer cubes and let it cook for 2 minutes. At the end add the garam masala and cook it well.
