Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes and keep it aside.

Crush garlic, ginger, fennel seeds and black pepper into a paste

Into a pan, pour coconut oil and saute the paste. Add curry leaves, dry red chilli, onion and green chillies.

When onions are all done and mushy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute it nicely until it’s evenly roasted. Add the tomatoes with salt and pour water. Let it boil under the lid.

In a pan, pour some coconut oil and a tsp of kashmiri chilli powder. Make small slits around the eggs and toss it in the pan until it’s nicely seared.
