    In a pan pour milk and add all the garam masalas and bring it to a boil. Add Chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes or until halfway done remove from the milk and set aside

    Reduce the milk until it’s half the volume, strain and cool it down completely. Add the reduced milk to besan and add all the other ingredients for the batter. Whisk into a smooth batter.
