Cookd masalas for rice ada

Method

    Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Turn off the heat and add the Ada. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.

    In a pressure cooker, add the milk, sugar and ghee. Pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle. Immediately after the first whistle, reduce the flame to low and cook for a further 20 minutes.

    Strain the Ada and wash it until it is not sticky anymore.

    Add the Ada to a pan along with the reduced milk. Cook for a further 15 minutes on medium flame, or until the mixture has reduced significantly.

    Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil.
